The star of our 2023 bauble is the pōhutukawa. The iconic red flowers bloom each year around Christmas time, earning it the name ‘New Zealand’s Christmas Tree’. Pōhutukawa is a special symbol of summer found only here in Aoteaora.

When you visit any Farmers store, you’ll also find a Tree of Remembrance. For every donation made in-store, you’ll receive a card to hang on the tree — a special way to share your thoughts and messages with loved ones.
