Mary Potter has community services in Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti and an 18-bed inpatient facility in Newtown. There are multidisciplinary teams and care co-ordinators in all sites.  In the community Mary Potter works with community health services and GPs as full primary health partners. It also has a strong focus on education, quality and research.  Mary Potter cares for more than 500 people each year, providing services to about 150 patients and their families and friends at any one time.

Te Omanga Hospice provides an integrated home care and inpatient service to the communities of the Hutt Valley and Wairarapa. Its main focus is on supporting patients to remain at home, with a 24-hour cover provided by the hospice team.  The 10-bed inpatient facility in Lower Hutt provides back-up to the home care service for symptom control, respite and terminal care. Te Omanga cares for almost 500 people each year.

Hospice Wairarapa is a new service established and affiliated to Hospice New Zealand in 2010.  Serving the Wairarapa region working alongside the hospital palliative care team offering patient & family support in the home, recreation and respite care programmes at Te Kowhai.
