Hospice Taranaki is a six-bed hospice with 23 nurses, including five community care nurses. It servies the Taranaki province, which has a population of about 103,000, has about 380 referrals a year and a volunteer base of 350.

Hospice Taranaki provides a full range of palliative care services - medical, nursing, spiritual, social, physical, inpatient and community.
