Hospice New Zealand

Farmers Tree of Remembrance

From 16 November until Christmas Eve, Farmers stores throughout the country are partnering with their local hospice on the Caring Connections in our Community campaign.

This is the largest and most successful fundraising event for hospices nationwide, now in its fourth year.

Caring Connections in our Community reflects the community based nature of hospice services and the sense of connection that Farmers has in each community where there is a store. 100% of all funds donated stay in that community, supporting the local services to remain completely free of charge.

There are two main ways that you can support your hospice through this campaign:

The Tree of Remembrance

Anyone who makes a donation in their local Farmers store will receive a remembrance card, where you can write your message and place on the dedicated in store remembrance tree.

It’s not just about remembering someone who has died. People might be thinking of their family who live overseas or in other parts of the country, friends they might not see as often as they would like, or even beloved pets.
