Farmers Tree of Remembrance

2018 is the fifth year that all Farmers stores around the country will be raising funds for their local hospice. Since the first Christmas campaign in 2014 Farmers has raised over $2.7million to support hospice services.

This is the largest ever national fundraising campaign to support hospice and we are incredibly grateful to the Farmers team and their customers for giving so generously to support our work.

From 15 November every Farmers store will be asking their customers to support their local hospice service.  100% of all funds donated remain in the local community, helping to ensure hospice services remain free of charge to patients, families and whanau.

There are two ways to support your hospice when shopping at Farmers:

Give and help share the joy this Christmas - limited edition 2018 bauble

The 2018 design features a sparkling heart representing the importance of being surrounded by love at Christmas.

The baubles are available exclusively online and in each Farmers store. They are $10 each and 100% of the purchase price is donated back to hospice to help keep our services free of charge in our community.

Last year’s bauble sold out, so don’t delay! Visit your local Farmers store to purchase this collectible piece of art for your Christmas tree and help raise funds for your hospice.

Available in all Farmers stores and online - click here to buy yours today.

Remember someone special - Tree of Remembrance.

Christmas is generally the time of year when we think of people who won't be with us during the festive season - they may have died, they may be living overseas or in other parts of the country, or perhaps just can't be with you at this time of year.

From 15 November until Christmas Eve everyone who makes a donation to hospice whilst shopping in Farmers will recieve a remembrance card.  This card is an opportunity to write a special message for someone you'll be thinking about this Christmas.  Each Farmers has a dedicated Tree of Remembrance in store to display your message for friends and family and the community to see.

The Tree of Remembrance is a way to honour those we think of and support hospice.  As with the purchase of the limited edition baubles, 100% of everything donated remains within the community in which it was given, supporting the local hospice service.

Many thanks to Farmers for all they do for us and thank you to all Farmers customers who support their local hospice by shopping and donating in store.
