From our work with people and their families living with life-limiting illness we know that letting people know you care, that you are thinking of them, can be a gift that makes a difference - sending an e-moment is a way you can do that.
With the Christchurch earthquake still so fresh in our minds, it's a timely reminder of just how precious life is.
The fact is we don’t know what is around the corner for us to face, it’s so important for us to cherish those we love and to remind them of this often – it’s little gestures that will do that.
