Following our very successful annual BNI Scholarship Programme - in 2013 nine people received financial support to further their studies in various areas of palliative care, we are delighted to announce that there are two scholarships available to support member hospice staff who are presenting at either the Palliative Care Australia Conference of the Asia Pacific Hospice Conference thanks to our national partners BNI.

12th Australian Palliative Care Conference - Canberra, Sept 3-6
10th Asia Pacific Hospice Conference - Bangkok, Thailand, Oct 11-13
One scholarship is available to each conference and will cover costs up to $1500 (incl GST) associated with presenting, all remaining expenses are the recipients responsibility, further criteria and conditions can be found on the Scholarship guidelines form – please click here.
Hospice NZ is committed to growing leaders in hospice palliative care and we believe that supporting members of the hospice team to present at international conferences strengthens both individuals and the New Zealand palliative care sector.
Timelines:
Applications open 17th May 2013 and close 5pm Friday 14th of June 2013

Formal acceptance is required by Monday 24th June 2013
