Who should attend?

Everyone is welcome, the conference is aimed at all health care professionals with an interest in palliative care. Doctors, nurses, members of the multidisciplinary team as well as GP’s, district nurses, staff from DHB's, aged residential care and students will all gain a great deal from attending.

Full Conference Registration includes

  • Attendance to all conference sessions
  • Satchel and contents
  • Conference Handbook including abstracts for all presentations
  • All lunches, morning and afternoon teas
  • Following conference - a copy of all permission based conference presentations

Day Registration includes

  • Attendance to all conference sessions for one day
  • Satchel and contents
  • Conference Handbook including abstracts for all presentations
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for one day

Group Discount & Registration

The discount is available for full member hospices only and all delegates must be registered at the same time via the Group Registration Form or online.

  • 5-9 delegates receive a 5% discount on the total registration cost. Click here for the registration form
  • 10-14 delegates receive a 10% discount on the total registration cost. Click here for the registration form
  • 15+ delegates receieve a 15% discount on the total registration cost. Click here for the registration form

Notes

All registrations must be accompanied by full payment. If full payment is not received by Friday 17 August 2018, your registration fee will be automatically changed to the standard fee. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. There are limitations around the venue's capacity. Registrations will be allocated on a "first in" basis.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person, please notify the Conference Managers on [email protected]. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, refunds can be made provided notification is received no later than Friday 3 August 2018. This action will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after Friday 3 August 2018. If, for reasons beyond the control of Hospice New Zealand, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
